If you answered yes then you will love our summer Sports performance program. Our program is designed for individuals between the ages of 10-16 years of age that want to become better.

Here at Fitness Destinations we believe in training our athletes from the inside out. This program will first focus on mindset, how to build personal goals, and what you need to do in order to achieve these goals. We will then shift to conditioning, agility and then strength.



This program will include assessments before, halfway and at the end of the program to show how much the athletes have improved. You will receive weekly newsletters to letters to let you know what we worked on and how we are improving. Once a week the athletes will be given homework to do; some may be physical and some may be mental. We will also have the athlete assess how they are doing as well. The athletes will share their wins, losses, aha moments and goals for the next week

This program starts on Saturday June 17th at 10:30am. The program will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9am and Saturdays at 10:30am. The cost of the program is $120 per month and there is a huge discount if you have additional athletes as well. We cant wait to see you out there.
